Massimo Lascialfari is a lawyer practicing in the fields of real estate law, agricultural and commercial contracts, and company law. He is fluent in English language. He graduated from Law School (Facoltà di Giurisprudenza – Università di Firenze) in 1992. In 2015, he earned a master’s degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Pisa (Dipartimento di Economia Aziendale “E. Giannessi”), and in 2017 was awarded a BSc in Law & Economics by the University of Bologna (BSc).
Massimo has been a member of the Bar Association of Florence since 2005 and in 2013 he was allowed to argue cases before all Superior Courts in Italy. From 1995 to 2015, he entertained a collaboration with the Department of Civil Law of the University of Economics of Florence as a non-academic researcher (Cultore della Materia).
