Nicola Ciardi is a lawyer practicing in the fields of the commercial law, litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy law and debt restructuring procedures. He is fluent in English language.
Nicola graduated from Law School at the University of Florence (Facoltà di Giurisprudenza – Università di Firenze).
In 2014, 2016 e 2019, Nicola attended and completed the “Corso di Alta Formazione in diritto della Crisi d’Impresa”, at the School of Law of Siena and, in 2017 e 2018, the “Corso di Perfezionamento in Diritto della Gestione e Risoluzione della Crisi economica”, at the School of Law of Florence.
Nicola is an original member of “Bencini & Partners – Avvocati” a professional association of attorneys-at-law subsequently evolved and expanded in the current organization.
In 2019, Nicola taught the “Corso di formazione dei Gestori per le Procedure di Sovraindebitamento”, organized by the Chartered Accountants Bar Association of Prato and by the Foundation of the Chartered Accountants of Florence.
