Valentina Ermini is a lawyer practicing in the fields of IT law, commercial law, family law, litigation and arbitration. She is fluent in French and English language.
Studying both at the Université Paris I Sorbonne-Pantheon, and at the University of Florence, Valentina graduated from the School of Law of Florence in 2010, passing the bar exams in 2013.
After a few years in the administration office of a manufacturing company, Valentina started her carrier as an attorney-at-law, and in 2021 was welcomed as a partner at Bencini, Lascialfari & Partners – Avvocati.
In 2018, Valentina attended and completed the specialization course in medical malpractice (“La responsabilità sanitaria dopo la legge 4 del 2017”) organized by the University of Florence.
In 2023, Valentina earn first level Master’s degree in IT Law at University of Bologna, in collaboration with CIRSFID Centro Interdipartimentale di Ricerca in Storia del Diritto, Filosofia e Sociologia del Diritto e Informatica Giuridica dell’Università di Bologna “Guido Fassò – Augusto Gaudenzi”).
